Rekina SmartFarmThe quickest way: delete it in the app
Open Rekina SmartFarm, go to Account → Settings → Delete my account, and confirm with your password. That erases the account straight away.
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, use this form instead.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
- Your national ID (NIDA) and TIN, date of birth and sex, if you gave them
- Your bank and mobile money payout details
- Your farms and their mapped boundaries
- Your crop scan photos and their locations
- Messages you sent, and any listings or adverts you posted
What we have to keep
Records of completed payments and payouts are kept, without your personal details attached, because Tanzanian tax and financial record-keeping law requires it. They can no longer be connected back to you.
